To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • All seals, cellophane, and labels must be intact.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

Returns must be authorized by our team prior to shipping. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the full return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Raydan Perfume Shop is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Personal care or cosmetic products once the packaging is broken

  • Custom orders or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or discounted items

Please note: Perfume is a personal item, and once opened, it cannot be resold for health and hygiene reasons. This is standard across the industry and ensures customer safety.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package at info@raydanperfumes.shop with clear photos of the issue. We will assess the case and provide a resolution which may include a replacement or store credit.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you must return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please note: Shipping and return costs are non-refundable.
